Michele Mordacq

Vice President of Software Development

Michele Mordacq was president of SSI Embedded Systems for 17 years. She joined RightHand Technologies when the two companies merged in 2009. During her tenure at SSI, the company delivered hundreds of embedded systems solutions covering a wide range of technologies and industries, including wireless sensor applications, medical devices, consumer appliances and video streaming platforms.

Prior to starting SSI Embedded Systems in 1992, Michele worked at AT&T Bell Labs as a product architect, and at Memorex Telex as a software manager.

Michele received bachelor's and master's degrees in computer science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and an MBA from Northern Illinois University. She currently serves on the Illinois Technology Association board of directors.
